Every Other Weekend

A parenting-time schedule in which one parent has the child on alternating weekends, often with weekday time added.

Every-other-weekend parenting time commonly runs from Friday evening through Sunday evening or Monday school drop-off. The exact overnights, holidays, transportation, and any midweek visit should be written into the parenting plan. It can be part of a 70/30 arrangement, but the phrase alone does not determine a legal custody percentage.
